Welcome to Palmistry Care (“Palmistry Care”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Palmistry Care provides palmistry, face reading, crystal healing and related spiritual/wellness guidance services through online and, where applicable, in-person sessions.
By booking a session, making a payment, or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Palmistry Care provides services including:
* Palmistry readings
* Face reading
* Crystal healing sessions
* Spiritual and personal guidance
* Other related services described on our website or social media pages
Our services are provided for personal, spiritual, entertainment and general self-reflection purposes.
Readings and guidance are based on the practitioner’s interpretation and should not be considered guaranteed predictions or guarantees of future events.
2. No Professional or Medical Advice
Palmistry Care does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice.
Crystal healing and spiritual practices are complementary/wellness practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional for medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional matters.
3. Booking and Payment
A session is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are displayed in the currency specified at the time of booking. International customers may be charged in an applicable supported currency through our payment provider.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.
Palmistry Care does not receive or store customers’ complete card numbers, CVV numbers or banking passwords.
4. Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for their booking, including their name, contact information and appointment details.
Palmistry Care is not responsible for delays, failed communications or inability to provide a session caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
5. Online Sessions
For online sessions, customers are responsible for having:
* A suitable internet connection
* A compatible device
* Access to the agreed communication platform
* A quiet and suitable environment where reasonably possible
Technical problems on the customer’s side do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Where a technical problem substantially prevents the practitioner from providing the session, Palmistry Care may offer a reasonable rescheduling option.
6. Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule a session by contacting Palmistry Care at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation and may not qualify for a refund.
Palmistry Care may allow one rescheduling at its discretion, subject to availability.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund rules are set out in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Personal Responsibility
Customers acknowledge that they remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and circumstances.
Palmistry Care does not guarantee any particular outcome from a reading, healing session or guidance session.
Statements regarding relationships, career, finances, health, life events or future possibilities are interpretations and should not be treated as certainty.
9. Crystal Healing
Crystal healing sessions are offered as spiritual/wellness practices.
Palmistry Care does not guarantee that crystals or crystal-based practices will produce a particular physical, medical, financial, emotional or other outcome.
Customers should not discontinue prescribed medical treatment or professional care based on information received during a crystal healing session.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Palmistry Care website and social media channels, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, videos, branding and original materials, belongs to Palmistry Care or is used with appropriate permission.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without prior written permission.
11. Confidentiality
Palmistry Care will make reasonable efforts to keep personal information shared during consultations confidential, subject to applicable law and the circumstances described in our Privacy Policy.
Customers should avoid sharing information that they do not wish to disclose.
12. Third-Party Services
Palmistry Care may use third-party services for payment processing, communication, scheduling, website hosting, analytics and other business functions.
The use of such services may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
13. Changes to Services or Terms
Palmistry Care reserves the right to modify its services, prices, availability or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on the website with the revised “Last Updated” date.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Palmistry Care shall not be liable for decisions, actions, losses or consequences arising from a customer’s interpretation or use of information provided during a reading or healing session.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Palmistry Care’s business location in India, subject to applicable law.
